Does it have differences between iphone 3GS baseband 05.13.04 and 06.15.00?

Yes, the iPad baseband (6.15.00) on an iPhone 3GS can cause problems such as broken GPS/location/WiFi/Push services.

Oh absolutely, with 6.15.00 NEVER update or restore with regular firmware or you'll be looking at problems if you don't know what to do. However now you can downgrade it to an unlockable version thankfully

Well the 05.13.04 baseband is an unlockable version, so in theory, the only reason that someone would ever want to use the iPad baseband, is so that they could then downgrade to 05.13.04, to then have an unlock, without, WiFi/Data/Push Notifications/GPS issues.

    • 04.26.08
    • 05.11.07
    • 05.12.01
    • 05.13.04
    • 06.15.00

If you don't have any baseband above 6.15.00 then upgrade it to that baseband and immediately downgrade it as it will be downgraded to a lower baseband

thats an entirely different problem that wouldn't be affected by the baseband.

If you are referring to your other thread, it's because you downgraded the baseband and haven't yet restored. I already gave you instructions for that.
