32/64gb iPod Touch 3G have a faster processor, more ram, OpenGL 2.0 graphics support (so it can play games with better graphics than 1G/2G)

With the 3G iTouch I have noticed when opening apps/movies/games ect they do load faster but once opened and for instance playing a game, it would be really hard to tell the difference. Of course you do get opengl ver 2.0. I guess if you already have a 2G itouch you'd be mad to buy a 3G one.

Well, gameplay shouldn't be any faster. There's no reason why gameplay on one device should be faster on another device, only the load times would be faster.

Here's a video demonstrating the difference between iPod 2G and iPod 3G.
