did this repo cause cydia to crash?

    I'm on 3.0 and jailbroken
    everything has been working fine, no problems
    today i add thiss repo [removed]
    and all of a sudden cydia will crash on opening
    i resprung (or is resprang the past tense of respring?)
    and rebooted and nothing changed.
    ideas?

    looks like cracked apps. you're better off staying away from it.

    I know that if you install All Repositories, Cydia Crashes.
    But i never heard of this repo so i don't know...

    I always install all sources and it never crashes. Sure I get a few 404 URL not found warnings but no crashes. If something as simple as a repo causes your device to crash, It is doing more than downloading package info. Like I said, I'd stay away from it.

    I truthfully didn't know what was in this repo
    it was in a list of repos most people should have and this was 1st on the list
    is there a way to remove this repo through ssh?

    Go in and look for anything having to do with Cydia and you should be able to remove it. I don't remember how to get rid of Sources via SSH.

    That is cracked apps, though. I see Apple's Texas Holdem app.

    ok i found it
    for future reference to people who might ever have to search this open winscp go to root and go to /etc/apt/sources.list.d/cydia.list
    delete the repo you added and voila
