I have a jailbroken iPod Touch 2g, with 3.0 on it.
Last night I plugged it in the pc and no problems, everything worked great and I still had all my apps such as Cydia and Installer and such.
After that I pulled it out of my PC and turned it off for the night and in the morning I turned it back on and then it happened..
Cydia was gone, Winterboard, Installer, every possible thing I had was just 'erased' from it. Now I've heard of the Apple Killswitch, but I turned it OFF I figured that way Apple can't kill anything on my iPod Touch. But I'm getting a bit stressed out because I just lost everything and this is the first time this has ever happened to me.

If anyone could please help me

I'm pretty sure that isn't the case...after I pulled my iPod out I held the top button till the 'slide to turn power off' message appeared and then I just turned it off. And before that I didn't touch my iPod at all, just plugged it in and turned on music, my everyday routine so I have no idea why last night was any different:S
