OK guys and gals lets find the diagnostic mode.
you know the test screen where there is bound to be all sorts of goodies.

Ok i have found that running version 1.1.1 that upon start up holdind the
wake/sleep button and the home button the ipods screen will flash white this may be the key
the ipod will do this multiple times (it seems the flash starts the boot up process again).

so if you could just please investigate this we may find it
there are reports of bluetooth being dissabled yet physically present
    in the ipod itself.

please report any findings back here.

    thank you.

The only people that have seen the diagnostic mode (from what I've seen) are those that received their iPod Touchs with no software - a factory error. As for the Bluetooth, that's horse has been beaten to death. There is no Bluetooth in the iPod Touch - that's left-over screens, etc. from the iPhone development. The screenshots from the Bluetooth screen on the iPod Touch say literally "Nothing to see here" because there is no Bluetooth. Accept it and move on.

Um... this person apparently just doesn't get it. He posted exactly the same thread before:

    http://www.ifans.com/forums/showthread.php?p=37690#post37690

And it was immediately closed by Blake.

Didn't you get the point the first time? If you HAD actually searched diagnostic you would have found the very same post you made from before. Get treated for your attention deficit disorder and give it a rest.
