Ok I've gotten quite a few PMs about this, and seen the issue come up in the Devteam thread, so I'll post the simple solution for those who are getting this message when trying to complete step 16:

    Welcome to Darwin!
    usernames-computer:~ user$ ssh -l root 10.0.1.199
    @@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@ @@@@@@@@@
@ WARNING: REMOTE HOST IDENTIFICATION HAS CHANGED! @

IT IS POSSIBLE THAT SOMEONE IS DOING SOMETHING NASTY!
Someone could be eavesdropping on you right now (man-in-the-middle attack)!
It is also possible that the RSA host key has just been changed.
The fingerprint for the RSA key sent by the remote host is
    e7:3b:03:a9:f8:b8:2b:b9:c3:45:1f:35:9f:34:c3:d4.
    Please contact your system administrator.
Add correct host key in /Users/YourUsername/.ssh/known_hosts to get rid of this message.
    Offending key in /Users/YourUsername/.ssh/known_hosts:1
RSA host key for 10.0.1. has changed and you have requested strict checking.
    Host key verification failed.
    usernames-computer:~ user$

    This is happening because...
To remove this file, open a new shell in Terminal and type
Obviously change the "YourUser" text with your own name or whatever it may be for your computer. Then hit return. File deleted, SSH rockin. Make sure you aren't doing this in iPHUC, open a new shell in Terminal if you currently are running iPHUC in another window.
