Right, i connected my ipod to itunes fine, then i searched for the 1.1.1 fm file, and there was an error during the downgrade, and now, i turn my ipod on, it turns on in restore mode, when i turn it off it doesnt give me the slider, it just turns off, itunes wont recognize it. Ive tried pressing and holding both the home and on button, then releasing the on button, and also ive tried pressing the home button and connecting the usb cable...

    What else can i do?:s

i had to connect it, then open up a downloaded firmware update, that opend itunes and it said its detected an ipod in recovery mode, and then i clicked recovery

EDIT!! : the same thing happend again, said it could not be updated!

EDIT2 : For some reason, i tried again, and it worked... im syncing now, i really want to jailbreak it, but ive got school soon, ill mess around with it after ive shown off to my friends
