I just got a new i touch today, and i attempted to jailbreak it, but for some reason when i went to restore it, the store didn't work, so i couldn't reboot it, i tried rebooting it on another computer, but that didn't work, and my original computer turned off and now still can't access the itunes store to reboot. so my itouch is stuck in force restore, i need help.

what do you meant the store to reboot? if you used blackra1n to jailbreak, run it again and you should be good to go.

I used it to jailbreak, it said waiting for restore, so i went into itunes, clicked restore, and itunes said it could not connect to the update server. at that point i took it to a different computer to reboot, it said there was an unknown error in rebooting, and because i turned my computer off trying to troubleshoot the itunes connection problem, now blackra1n won't recognize it and it is stuck blank and unresponsive.

no, i disconnected it from the computer i ran blackra1n on, attempted to restore it on another computer, but that computer wouldn't restore it, so now blackrain wont recognize it and it is stuck in recovery mode.
