I don't have my itunes to autosync, and I just put full albums on my ipod. Is there a way I can delete the music on the ipod, like you can do to movies? If not an app would be nice

you can make a playlist of all the songs you want on your ipod and sync just that one onto it. The songs not on that playlist will be taken off your ipod

If I remember correctly, you can already delete the songs directly on the touch, with no app.

Ummm...I would go around deleting stuff on the go...Fool around with the iPod music folder structer or modify the iTunes DB in any sort of way, and iTunes won't be able to read your iPod next time you connect, believe me I can tell you out of personal experience: I wanted to change a song title on the go, and so i open the iTunes DB in MobileTextEdit.app, then just search around and change the song title, next I pop it into the computer, I am forced to restore before I can sync with iTunes at all.
