I have a Dell Inspiron 530 and it came with the partitions like this:

Disk 0 Partition 1 63mb No drive letter No name
    Disk 0 Partition 2 10.00GB b:\ Recovery
    Disk 0 Partition 3 240.00GB c:\ Vista

(The recovery drive just had a copy of vista on it)

    I now have

Disk 0 Partition 1 63mb No drive letter No name
    Disk 0 Partition 2 100GB c:\ Windows 7
    Disk 0 Partition 3 100GB d:\ Other OS
Disk 0 Partition 4 100GB e:\ Data (all my files are stored there)

I have no idea what the 63mb unremoveable partition is for, but I need to remove it. Does anyone know if its safe to. I have my Vista install disk and 7 install disk so I can format the whole drive if i need to.
