Deleting unecessary files

    A while back i was reading a topic where you could delete certain files apple put on the ipod to allow a bit more room and quicker booting times. They were to do with gathering data to send off to apple and closing programs that take a while to respond etc and i can't find the page anymore

    Can anyone point me in the right direction, i have searched for it

    How'd you find it? Which ones did you delete?

    i searched for launch daemons and found it...i knew about it cos i'd read it long back and remembered wat it was about and i deleted all safe daemons and most conditional ones and i edited one of the daemons
