What should I do? It's only Winterboard stuff right?
If so should all I do is just reinstall all my winterboard themes?
    Or what?
I'm panicking a lot, i cant believe i did this.

There's no need for panic at all, the only things in there are your winterboard themes. Maybe you have 'm on your harddrive?
If not, reinstall winterboard. btw, I make backups of my themes folder (I just copy the entire themefolder to my computer) almost every day, might not be a bad idea if you'd do that too!

If you deleted the entire Themes folder and not just its contents, uninstall and reinstall WinterBoard. You'll have to re-add all of your themes, unfortunately.

Thank God it wasn't more serious.
