    [TUTORIAL]Delete apps with Terminal!

In this tutorial I'm going to show you how to delete any application without SSH or WiFi!

    1. Go into Cydia and download mobileterminal.

    2. Once its complete open up the application.

    3. execute this command [This logs you in as a Super User]
    Code:
    su
Hit return and a prompt should come up asking for your password simply type [the letters you type wont show up so type it in carefully]
    Code:
    alpine
Now you are logged in as a Super User

    4. Next execute this command.
    Code:
    rm -rf /Applications/whatever.app
    Hit return and thats it!

EDIT: Make sure you Punctuate every thing correctly.

If the folder name has a space in it you will have to use an escape before it or it won't work.

i.e. "/applications/monkey\ ball" this tutorial will work for deleting anything, I just based it on apps.

Ok the instructions are pretty vague if u aren't familiar with mobile terminal. So can u explain this for the noobs like me? Lol, and do we include the spaces that u have in the last command?

Type in everything exactly as it is written. Spaces and capitalization matter.

Also, after every line (full command) press the Return/Enter key.

Just a small note for anyone that doesn't know, if the folder name has a space in it you will have to use an escape before it or it won't work.

    i.e. "/applications/monkey\ ball"

Thanks for this. I added notes back from Poof so I can save notes of what to put in terminal since I know I will forget.
