Well, to get a loading screen/Default.png to show up when I touch certain applications, I usually just go to the Applications folder via SSH and paste my Default.png into the folder of the application. However, how would I do this for the:

    -Photos app
    -Videos app
    -Music app

I can't seem to find their folders in /Applications

Am I supposed to do it another way?

The default.png for Photos goes in MobileSlideShow.app folder.
And music and videos goes in MobileMusicPlayer.app folder.

That was I was thinking, but it didn't work at first. Turns out I had a theme that wasn't letting me change the Default.png. Thanks for the help and reassurance that those folders were indeed the right place to put the file! =)

Just turn all themes off, or turn Winterboard off in SBSettings' MobileSubstrate Add-ons. Be sure to reboot before closing the SBSettings' more app so it doesn't randomly reboot later. The same applies for turning it on.
