Select all of the songs in iTunes>Right Click>Get Info>Artwork>Change it to whatever.

I think he's talking about the default album artwork that iTunes uses when the song has no album artwork.

Anyways, do you want to change the image on iTunes? Or the image on your iPhone music player?

Well, to change it for both, you can apply the album artwork that you want to all the songs without album artwork, but that may take long. To do it on your iPhone, go to /Applications/MobileMusicPlayer.app and there's an image called 'noartplaceholder.png' just replace that image with whatever you want. I'm not sure how to change it on iTunes because I don't know where the image that they use is located
