    Sorry, that would be illegal. Decrypt it on Windows with dmg.exe, then mount it on Mac.

    i read somewhere that , when the file was decrypted with windows then all the files have the size of 0 kb ..
    and also i dont have a mac , so that is why i am asking for help

    You can decrypt it with any OS just fine, but when you extract files from it, you have to use a Mac. Otherwise binary files will be zero-byte. Do decrypt it with dmg.exe, then put it on a flash drive and find a Mac (a friend?) to extract the files from the DMG.
