I see that the key for 1.1.1 is up on TouchDev, and there's a vfdecrypt for Windows on the iPhone Elite Google code page..
    In the readme it says:
    --
    Fixed By Zibri
    Compiled successfully under cygwin.
    Copy libkern directory to /usr/include/

    No donations, cooperations!
    --

    What does this mean?
Am I able to run it via command line like you would on any other system, or would I have to run it in a CygWin enviroment?

You have to run it under CygWin environment.

Ah, kind of lame, I was hoping that you didn't have to.
I tried it on a Linux shell I have too and I'm missing some dependencies.

    Thanks though.
