Kay, I exchanged my ipod touch yesterday and got another because of a dead pixel problem, or an always-on pixel problem. The new one I got has an always on pixel as well...so I am wondering, should I keep exchaning or am I just wasting my time?

although I will return to get a new one with the new apps on it, but my question is still valid.

I've replaced 4 so far and haven't got one that's perfect/ Live with it.

I'd return it myself. But that's just me, because stuff like that bugs the everliving crap out of me. I'm on my second Touch (the first had issues, but they were my fault) and both have had good screens with no dead/stuck pixels, for whatever that's worth. (My first was a week 37, my current is a week 40)

If it bugs you enough, I would return it.

I went through three ipods when i first bought mine. None of them had any dead or stuck pixels thankfully, but they all had the screen issue that the first batch had. I exchanged them until I got one that one good, and I am much happier now.

What is Apple's policy on Dead pixel exchanges? I have 3 dead/stuck pixels, and was thinking of taking it into the Apple store for an exchange.

Sounds from the posts above they would do it... Do they have a minimum dead policy like many LCD monitor company's do?
