DDR2 800 4GB Module?

    Does anybody make these?

    I can't seem to find a 4GB Module, I can find an 8GB set (2x4GB) but I only want 4GB for the moment.

    Also, if anyone has the 9800GT, please get in touch I have questions.

    No lol, It's not for my MacBook, its for my "Rig" and thats the wrong type of memory anyway.

    Oh, lol. I didn't look at the price. Newegg doesn't ship to the UK anyway.

    it also has a CAS latency of 6. 6 is absurd for DDR2 800 ram. DDR2 800's should only be bought if they have a CAS latency of 4 or lower. DDR2 800's are like the best DDR2 ram you can get, and should have timings of 4-4-4-12.

    yes there are DDR2 4gb modules, i saw it on newegg.
