    don't restore and rejailbreak. That'd be a waste.
    EDIT: As said before disable all themes and respring. If anything it's an info.plist problem.

    The Icon's top is not transparent and is covering the date. You need to edit the icon or replace it with another.

    here is mine >>>

    <key>CalendarIconDayStyle</key>
    <string>
    width:51px;
    position:absolute;
    margin-left: 4px; margin-top:-2px;
    font-size: 10px; font-weight: none;
    padding-top: 0px; padding-right: 0px;
    border-center: 4px groove #555; border-top: 2px groove #555;
    text-align:center; text-shadow: 0px 0px 0px rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.7);
    color: #9ACD32;
    </string>

    <key>CalendarIconDateStyle</key>
    <string>
    width:51px; height:79px;
    position:absolute; margin-left: 4px;
    color: #808080;
    font-size: 47px; font-weight: bold;
    padding-top: 42px; padding-right: 0px;
    text-align:center; text-shadow: 0px 0px 0px black;</string>
