Is anyone else having this problem. My date and time keeps getting reset back to the defaults. It's happening almost every day now.

hmmm no idea... although i *think* it syncs up the time when you connect to your computer to charge it. Is it possible that it only resets after you have synced to a computer?

yes, i have had that happen too. it stays fine with my desktop and my MBP, but when i plug it into my Dell laptop it changes to some 1934 date and some crazy time. i dont know why it does that.

Probably, checked the date on my comp though and it's correct, it's just resetting the ipod anyway. This damn thing is so frickin glitchy.
