    Hey,

I'm sure this is a common problem and has been asked a bunch of times, but this time it seems to be specifically due to iOS4. As soon as I enable Airplane mode on my ipod touch 2g, the time changes almost a day back. I keep changing the time and date, but it still appears to change when i enable/disable airplane mode...

    iPod is jailbroken

    Thanks in advance

Haha, seriously. ^That^. But really, just turn off bluetooth and wifi individually and that's airplane mode for you. A firmware update will fix this issue eventually unless it is something that you screwed up, not Apple.
