friggin this is the third time i have to restore, and unfortunately i cannot, due to that retarded verbose boot. i had Verbose for a week and it didn't do anything, except make my ipod touch into a sitting vegetable. it is virtually useless and the only reason behind my ipod becoming a vegetable is the fact that Touch mania created 5 rows. it killed my spring board and then it is stuck in verbose boot what can i do to it?

    recap:

    iPod Touch w/Verbose boot.
Attempting yet another restore after becoming bricked.
during restore an infinite line of code comes up and it never gets past the preparation part.
    what now?

    Put it into DFU Mode.
Now press the Restore button in iTunes.

When it goes to recovery, see if iTunes recognizes it.
Also, when it goes to recovery, switch USB ports, THEN try DFU Mode.

If iTunes doesnt recognize it, youre not doing DFU right, consult a guide or video tutorial.

    ok
i just got my ipod running again, but the problem is that it is stuck in the recovery screen. the ipod is currently plugged in, and is both not recieving power, nor itunes is detecting it. so idk what to do about dfu mode here.
