cydia won't start, how do fix it?

    um here ya go,
    If you have MobileTerminal, type the following:

    su root

    alpine

    apt-get remove cydia

    apt-get install cydia

    killall SpringBoard


    Wait for it to respring, and then open Cydia.

    nope can i use winscp?
    i dont think i ever got SSH to install before it crashed

    yeah, in winscp, type in those codes in the terminal part of winscp.

    Then yes, you must restore.

    ofmg D:! i opened cydia for the first time and it crashed in minutes

    Open it again and install MobileTerminal and OpenSSH, and then run these exact commands in this order, with capitals, etc.

    su

    alpine

    apt-get remove cydia

    Yes, do as I say!

    apt-get install cydia

    chmod -R 755 /Applications/Cydia.app

    chmod a+srx /Applications/Cydia.app/Cydia

    exit

    killall SpringBoard

    You're just going to have to restore if you don't have SSH installed.
