I was just thinking, Cydia Store seems awesome but can't that lead into a Lawsuit with apple?

I mean like when they update the DMCA it is considered "Illegal" because to obtain the Cydia store, you must Jailbreak. And selling stuff using a illegal method is just as good as giving links to *******s of Adobe's CS4 Suite. Its risky, they can sue, but then again...

Well think about it, the cydia store is like the App store, maybe Apple can sue or something, hopefully not though, because they are different.

ya LOL and theres really nothing they can do to legally stop them, everything he uses is either open source like linux or stuff like that.

If Apple does attack Saurik before jailbreaking becomes illegal, Apple could be viewed as a form of monopoly.

No, it would show that Cydia has a monopoly.

They can't unless there is something that is something illegal in the Cydia Store. The reason being is, just like internet providers, telephone providers, TV makers, etc. there all the same thing just a different name for it. That's like Target suing Wal-Mart. Saurik won't get sued.
