    bah... I didn't fix it soon enough obviously. I had uninstalled it and just reinstalled the new 1.3 version ydy :(

    I find the following files.. anyway I can configure it to work w/o WinterBoard as I refuse to install that hog on my iPhone.

     -PreferenceLoader
          -Preferences
               SnowCoverPro.plist
               SnowcoverPro.png
Themes
     -SCPro Diamond Case.theme
          -Bundles
               -com.apple.springboard
                    SCProCoverBG.png
                    SCProCoverFrame.png
                    SCProCoverOverlay.png
                    SCProNextHUD.png
                    SCProPauseHUD.png
                    SCProPlayHUD.png
                    SCProPrevHUD.png
                    com.EyeDevs.SnowCoverPro.plist
    ..as far as I can see these are exactly the same files as in the previous 1.0 and 1.1 versions so it really should work.


    edit/ woo! got it working!

    I backed up all the above files to another folder on my iPhone then uninstalled Winterboard and SnowCoverPro.

    Then recopied the files above to the locations below:

               SnowCoverPro.dylib
               SnowCoverPro.plist
     -PreferenceLoader
          -Preferences
               SnowCoverPro.plist
               SnowcoverPro.png

     -Library

                    SCProCoverBG.png
                    SCProCoverFrame.png
                    SCProCoverOverlay.png
                    SCProNextHUD.png
                    SCProPauseHUD.png
                    SCProPlayHUD.png
                    SCProPrevHUD.png
                    com.EyeDevs.SnowCoverPro.plist
    ...and it works perfectly without that laggy mess Winterboard slowing everything else down. :)
