being on 2.0 there's no comparison between installer 4.0 beta and Cydia
While Cydia works great and seems very stable, there are two things I wwould like to see changed with Cydia
    1. queue system - would allow me to queue up multiple packages to install
    2. refresh rate change - I don't really like it refreshing everytime I open it

Um, don't hurt me but what's the difference? As in what's the advantage of one over the other?

HHAA don't hurt you???? haha so would that be internet bullying AHAHA lolz jk ok the difference is that
Cydia: it uses more of dependancies (basically like jiggy runtime wen u had installer on 1.1.x) and (thats y wen u look on the package list on cydia there's so much more stuff downloaded that u didn't even know about)
Installer: more of a open source and uses a XML format which is needed for 3rd party apps to work on the ipod touch or iphone

    hope i helped =D

Cydia mainly because I have used it a great deal with all the firmware updates

It works well and I find it easy to get to the apps I want.

I like cydia at the moment, considering Installer 4.0 isn't that stable right now.

Although I'm a-ok with Cydia, I can't wait for Installer 4's official release.
