Cydia was working fine a while ago, now it won't load up.
Comes up for one to two seconds, shows nothing but blackness, then crashes.

I have resprung, reset, and would rather not restore.
Ideas of wth is going on here?

Yes/No, I removed it from the ipod..but I was smart enough to back it up, so I went to where I backed it up moved it back onto the ipod, go the icon back but blackra1n just crashes too.

I have manually tried to uninstall and reinstall cydia using SSH, dpkg -i /cydia.deb, but it fixes nothing.

    Alright, new issue.

iTunes keeps saying "cannot restore ipod"

Even after a DFU restore, and reinstalling cydia after rejailbreaking with blackra1n.. cydia will NOT OPEN. Screw it, I am moving to ROCK. This is a CYDIA problem, not my ipod.

SSH into your ipod, and navigate to /private/var/lib/apt/lists.

    Delete everything EXCEPT "Partial Subfolder".

You should be good to go

Nothing else is in there other than the Partial folder.
