Whenever I open Cydia, it loads the data, updates database, downloading release, etc.. like usual. But then I see an "Error: Refreshing Data" pop-up. I tap "okay" and then proceed to download the things I have in the "Changes" category. I am not successful in downloading them, as they all come up with a "Timed Out" pop-up or something of that sort that prevents me from downloading it.

What's wrong with my iPod touch? How do I fix this?

(This is an iPod touch 2nd Generation running firmware version 3.0)
