I've got an iPod Touch 3G 64GB ~4-5 days ago.. To jailbreak it, I've used blackra1n.. But after that, which one should I install - Cydia/Rock/Icy ?
Is there any harm if I install all the three?

Also, can anyone tell me what exactly are these apps for? and why do I need to install them?

Those 3 are the apps that you use to download the jailbreak apps, cydia is the original that most people used to use, rock is meant to be a faster version...

I used rock and it seems pretty good (i would recommend that one)

Theres no harm... but, why have all three if they do the same thing.

    Cydia - Original, most reliable
Icy - Meant to a be a cleaner version of Cydia
Rock - Meant to be "faster" than cydia, IMO, its messy.

    Stick with Cydia.

But in some other thread, I've seen people replying that if all three of them are installed, then they get messed up.. Can somebody tell me what exactly does "messed up" here mean? What the heck really happens?

Sometimes the applications that you get through them dont show up etc... But sometimes it works fine having all of them.
Still not a good idea getting all of them...

When people got Cydia and Icy back in 3.0 Cydia didn't work. Icy's not that good anyways

I'd stick with cydia and rock
Just got rock and im finding its really nice!
Im just reinstalling things as i JUST updated and JBed so I'm not sure if it will have everything
however i heard that rock can use cydia sources and packages so i find no real reason for it not to
And rock looks a lot better graphically.
    but thats just me
