cydia gone

    some idiot tried to be funny and somehow removed cydia, i think with terminal, i still have rock tho, he didn't see it.

    how do i get cydia back? cos i don't really like rock

    No, that is to download packages via Cyder. If Cydia isn't working, thus won't help.

    If you have Terminal installed, use apt-get install Cydia after going into su mode via su to reinstall cydia, or apt-get reinstall cydia, iirc.

    lucky i got terminal, but unlucky i forgot to get the aptitude thingy so i cant use apt-get and stuff.

    it will sstill work in terminal.

    You can try running it through spirit or whatever program you used to jailbreak.

    If you uninstalled Cydia through the terminal, apt-get should still be in existence, since apt can't uninstall itself. Cydia's just the nice GUI interface.

    aha, got it, i did have apt installed, i wasnt typing the riight commands to make it work. thanx to all
