Cydia Crashing!

    my cydia is crashing ive tried using
    su root

    alpine

    apt-get remove cydia

    Yes, do as I say!

    apt-get install cydia

    exit

    killall SpringBoard
    but i get error
    "error: encountered a section with no package:headeder
    error: promblem with megalist
    error:the package lists or status file can not be parsed or opened"
    can anyone help?

    That's not Cydia's fault.
    Solution: Don't add whatever crappy source "Megalist" is.

    am i able to remove it with ssh?

    Just remove it from within Cydia in the Manage view.
    A source error isn't a crash, so the program is still usable.

    whenever i open cydia it shows the loading screen then goes back to the springboard

    I assume that's an installation problem, not a source problem.
    If you still want to remove the source, do the following:
    Code:
    cd /var/lib/apt/lists
    ls
    rm (any file related to the source that is acting up)

    That's because you're supposed to replace that with the actual file names..
    Why do you think I told you to do ls?

    sry :/ im not good with terminal, but i wen to apt/lists and i deleted a few sources i didnt recognize and i was able to run the uninstall and reinstall of cydia, gonna check now if its owrking
