Well I've just restored and now Cydia is showing problems. The pictures saying that it can't reach the repos and when adding one it says its not allowed. I was trying to add blackra1n.com. I've just restored so I don't know what the problem is. I've rebooted and tried different wi-fi spots, no good. Help please?

Let me restat this, I've just restored, used redsn0w to jailbreak and install cydia, now i let cydia update but then the 2nd picture pop ups. Then i check my sources and there are NO sources so i try to add one (blackra1n.com) and then the first pop up shows. Then i try a different and still the first pop up.

ok i've reinstally cydia through redsn0w and still get same errors.

Blackra1n isn't a repo, that is why Cydia can't find it.

And make sure that the WiFi routers are connected to the internet. Just because you have the bars, doesn't mean it is connected to the internet.

Blackra1n is a repo and he also stated he has used different wifi hotspots already.

I think you should get a new iPhone. You've had many problems with it already.

DFU restore. Don't restore from back-up.
