Cydia is currently telling me under the changes tab (and in the top right of its icon) that I have 9 apps that need updating. I update them all, but it still tells me that I need to install the updates. I've tried doing it one at a time, but it only gives me the option to modify, not install, so it appears that I have installed them, but the list of the 9 apps won't go away. How can I get rid of this?

    Thanks

Where it tells u to modify if u click it, it will then give u 2 options( upgrade or remove) u just put upgrade and after it updated it, it shouldn't show them anymore

I have the same thing happening. I'm hoping it'll go away on it's own. I have two doing it: Mobile Substrate and Notified.

When watching the log the version number of the old one and the one replacing it are the same.

Try removing the app and reinstalling.

Uninstall, then reinstall the app, it should download the more recent package.
