since i haven't really seen anybody doing it. Just because you can't install applications doesn't mean you cant do a little modding

How does the first picture prove that it is 2.0?

I just went in manually and replaced all the app's icon.png files with new ones, and replaced the FSO_CARRIER_IPOD.png and Default_CARRIER_IPOD.Png in springboard.app.
The firmware IS jailbroken, you just can't run third party apps yet. And for those who wanted to know, the icons are Realize, just search it.

I doubt Installer or any other big third-party apps will be updated to work on FW 2.0 until 2.0 is actually officially released through iTunes.

I'll probably have fun on 2.0 for a day or two, but then downgrade back to 1.1.4. (once WinPwn is released)

I believe the Mail, Contacts, Calendar is all combined now correct? Well at least something looked different about the firmware when I first went into prefs on my iPod while on 2.0. Could be and probably wrong but, you know.
