There are still a couple of bugs (About page and Comments still not working), but all the good stuff is in there. You can download it here, or you can install it via Cydia (and Installer, soon).

From their website: Customize 2.0 is a whole new way to take control of your iPhone. Building on the popularity of the original, Customize 2.0 makes it even easier to modify your phone just the way you like it. Customize 2.0 is becoming much more than just a great application to take control of your iphone (or ipod), it's also a community of fellow modders! The forums are a great place to meet other iPhone/iPod modders as well as get answers to all of your questions. Also, we are always looking for ways to improve the website and application experience. Your suggestions are welcome!

Can we set a wallpaper now for 2.0 using the customize that was just ported?

I tried setting a theme but nothing worked.
