    it wont change the theme or mod the status bar on my itouch

    try rebooting or checking the files via SSH

    permissions may also be a contributing factor

    are you on the theme that came with winterboard?
    that was my problem..

    and like angelsynth said, try checking permissions.

    i am on a diff. theme then what came with winterboard

    try downloading a different status bar package and try applying it

    nope still noting
    ------------------double post merged------------------
    i did a search i found out that when the program download the content it really isn't there are images or files in the theme folder of Customize

    yes its called winter board
