Custom Statusbar - carrier, numeric Wi-Fi & battery

    many people have been asking me how to get the custom status bar that i have.. so here you go..i hope i get this right

    1. Start with a jailbroken 1.1.4

    2. Get Advanced Preferences out of installer (don't know the source, if someone pm's it to me ill add it to the guide)

    3. Go into Advanced Preferences and do a custom carrier, numeric Wi-Fi, and numeric battery if you want.

    4. Download 2.0. Hit restore, and when it asks you if you would like to backup your iPod, say yes.

    5. Once it is backed up and you restore to 2.0, it will ask you if you want to restore you iPod with a backup you have made. Make sure you say yes, and you will have a custom statusbar!

    (Im not sure of the exact messages that iTunes gives you, so if I get something wrong please tell me)

    But im a already on 2.0 5A347 with all my applications
    I dont feel like redoing everything.

    yah i already have 2.0 and i dont wanna do the jailbreak. this is cool though.

    doesnt this crash ur mail.app?
    i restored from backup and i know a few others who did and their mail.app would crash

    Mine happened like this when I upgraded to 2.0 from 1.1.3. I had Make It Mine and Banner installed on 1.1.3. It never went away.
