Is it possible to make a custom background for spotlight search (not Wallpaper)?

If you wanted to get complicated, yes.
Make a Wallpaper.png of the Spotlight background.
and do Page0.png - PageX.png (X being a variable), for your wallpaper that is NOT for spotlight.

    They're talking about in a theme folder, var/stash/Themes/(Theme Folder)/Page0.png

I'm fairly certain that Page 0 counts for the first actual page of icons.

    Okay... in where?

I have been trying to do this stuff awhile.

I want to change Wallpaper and Lockscreen backgrounds, a lot.

Do I also have to change permissions?

    It is hit-and-miss, for me.

    This is what I see:

    iFunBox

    1. In Raw File System > var > stash > Wallpaper.3ewhGU
I have everything repeated I have in

In Raw File System > Library > Wallpaper
    I have .pgn thumbnail.png (repeat) and poster.thumbnail.png

    2. In Raw File System > var > stash > Themes.gDD3vf
I have everything repeated I have in

Raw File System > Library > Themes >

    For example:

    In Ancient System.theme:
    LockBackground.png
    Wallpaper.png

    In AnyCity Live Weather.theme

    Wallpaper.html
    Wallpaper.js
    ConfigureMe.js

    there is a folder: Cities
    Boston.png
    Chicago.png
    etc.

    I named a Background (a town near me).png
    I changed Wallpaper.html
    Wallpaper.js and
    ConfigureMe.js

    In Tweety.theme
    Wallpaper.html
    Lockbackground.png

    there is a folder: Walls
    1.png 2.png 3.png 4.png 5.png

    ...Tweety.theme, only, has 1.png 2.png 3.png 4.png 5.png

    In Polaroid.theme
    I have Wallpaper.png

    there is the folder: Exception
    emoWallpaper.png
    lockwallpaper.png

I also want to have a "panorama.png" span several Wallpaper "pages" in Polaroid.theme

Well...I tried it and that doesn't work. As I said earlier Page0 counts as the first page of actual icons. And a Winterboard update would be required to be able to change the background.

Why don't you just name your spotlight background to Wallpaper.png and the other pages can be named Page0-12.png
