Is there a way to set restrictions for specific apps? Like if you try to open one up it would ask for a password? I don't want my friend going in some of my apps

Yes, there is. You can choose from a few different choices in Cydia, but I would recommend Lockdown. It's the least buggiest and you can customize it a little bit too if you would like.
