not sure if at all possible, or thought of before. I was wondering if instead of the default "dock" icons It would be possible to add/remove apps?
eg. instead of "iTunes / photos / video...." I could have "iTunes / video / IM+" or maybee shrink or put in more than default no#?

Um...yeah...hold an icon for a few seconds until they start to wiggle, then you can rearrange them, including anything on the dock, so like instead of Music|Videos|Photos|iTunes, you could have Music|Safari|TapTap|Settings, Mail|AppStore|Notes|Payback or anything you like.

However, you cannot have more than four icons on the dock at one point, unless you are jailbroken, in which case you can have up to five icons, but no more.

Well...the first time you turn on your iPod it sorta says that...but many people just fly past that pop up. Don't worry, it happens.
