    1, Download the attachment
    2, Unzip it (i'm not going into detail about it)
    3, Open WinSCP or whatever u use for SSH
    4, put the folder in /var/stash
    5, delete /var/Library/Alarms
    6, in teminal type in "cd /Library" then "ln -s /var/stash/Alarms Alarms"

    If u want to make your own sound, heres how
    add this
    <key>Alarm Name Here</key>
    <dict>
    </dict>
    to Alarms.plist in /Library/Alarms
    and put your alarm in AIFF form with the extention .aif in /Library/Alarms
    Alarm Name Here should be replaced by the name of your alarm file before the .aif

    look down if u want sound from your ipod touch speakers

    add this
    <key>hertz_millisecs</key>
    <array>
    <integer>XXX</integer>
    <integer>xxx</integer>
    </array>
    between

    <key>Alarm Name Here</key>
    <dict>
    </dict>

    XXX is the Hz of your sound, if you have a kHz then multiply that number by a thousand

    these are the basic tones:

    * C 4: 261.63 Hz
    * C 4 sharp (or D 4 flat): 277.18 Hz
    * D 4: 293.66 Hz
    * D 4 sharp (or E 4 flat): 311.13 Hz
    * E 4: 329.63 Hz
    * F 4: 349.23 Hz
    * F 4 sharp (or G 4 flat): 369.99 Hz
    * G 4: 392 Hz
    * G 4 sharp (or A 4 flat): 415.3 Hz
    * A 4: 440 Hz
    * A 4 sharp (or B 4 flat): 466.16 Hz
    * B 4: 493.88 Hz
    multiply or divide by 2 for a octave above or below
    round the final hz cuz u cant use decimals

    the hertz chart was obtained via: http://www.myriad-online.com/resources/docs/melody/english/microtone.htm

    xxx is the time it will last in microseconds, 1000=1 second, 2000=2 seconds etc...

    single notes are the only kind available, so no chords, but people can't sing chords so get the vocal sheet music

    by popular demand, Viva la Vida is Available!!!!!!!
    but the catch is that only the chorus is through the speakers, there is full non speaker version too
    this is the 14 second chorus code :
