On the right side and left side in the middle outer edges if you press on it it makes a small creaking sound. Almost a clicking sound. Aside from being a little annoying, it doesn't seem to be hurting it.

Is this something worth worrying about? Everything is functioning fine, just want to make sure this isn't some major issue.

    Maybe?

If I look at it, the screen itself doesn't really appear to move.. If it's moving its very little.

No warranty from the store I bought it from, but I'd assume it's covered by apples 1 year limited. It's only a month and a half old and barely been used.

I won't take it in to an apple store if it's nothing major.. But I couldn't really find any posts with people that have the same problem. So I'm worried.

There have been complaints some have been loose at the corners. Maybe that information is helpful when you speak to Apple, if you stay worried about it.

    iPad 3G screen problem

I have the same problem. Only mine makes a clicking sound on the left side when pressed and there appears to be a whitish smudge on the same area.

Maybe do not need to worry about it. Protect your iPod Touch well.
