I have an iPod Touch 2.0.2 with Jailbreak. Just tonight I downloaded a small, free app and realized that it would crash every single time I tried to run it. Then I realized ALL of my app store apps were crashing!! (By this I mean the original apps like Weather and Mail are working and so are some of my cracked...cough...apps) Then I realized that it said I had no music, even though I did.

I searched in the forum and found a post that helped me to get the music to come back but all the app store apps are still crashing!! Is there anything I could possibly do besides restore?

Um, I think I may have just fixed the problem (crosses finger). But for future reference to anyone else with this problem, this is what I did (with the help of some other people here).
Remove all the apps that aren't working, use Bossprefs to fix the user directories (I think that's what's causing the music to not show up, the authorization), reset, sync, then redownload everything from app store.

I had similar problem and solved by removing some of installed applications. Keep number of pages not more than 6, and then reboot your ipod.

Just wondering, but are these apps cracked? If they are, you might want to try and disabling the killswitch via BigBoss's tool. Can't think of the name now but when you see it, you'll notice.

One more thing, make sure you sign-out from itunes stores while syncing.

Yeah, it works, I have removed 4 apps and after restart music appeared. But some of the apps still donĀ“t work so I have to reinstall them (iVote, NetNewsWire and more).

Uh, I got it to work now. Well...at least for now.
I'm not exactly sure what was the problem, but now I try to download all the apps from iTunes store, instead of directly from iPod Touch.

Upgrade to 2.1 and stop using cracked apps.
