I'm having a noise with my ipod where if the earphone jack moves around when its in the iPod touch it starts to crackle or just completely go off in the left ear bud, I bought my ipod from Argos, do you think that i could take it back to Argos and get a new one?

The ipod in question is still under warranty. And i still have the receipt.

    Yeah
Get a refund or replacement - Your ipod's headphone jack might be faulty.

So i should be able to take it back to argos and get a new one, or even better, a refund?

The problem can be solved, I gave Argos a call and they said that they can repair it
