I dropped my ipod touch that was in a bag and im guessing when it hit the floor it smashed against my calculator or something because it has a pretty cracked screen and it wont turn on, I'm guessing the crash pushed in and cracked something inside or something
I plug it in to computer, computer doesnt even recognize it, much less turn it on
Can I go to best buy where I bought it and get it fixed even though its jailbroken? How much would it cost? (Warranty is up)
    Thanks!

It doesn't matter if you had a warrenty or not (since jailbreaking lifts the warranty), Apple will not repair your screen for free. And if it isn't being recognized by the computer, it is a hardware issue. So, your best bet is to buy a new one.

where is your warrenty from, if its just the normal apple one then yes buying a new one would be a good idea

But me personally i have best buys $70 insurance which covers my ipod if its broken like this or if its my fault in anyway
