    could mac users that have created custom firmwares send them to us for winpwn users ?

    Exactly. And it's Developer Firmware which is bound by Contract.

    I never said it was legal or illegal, im just saying yes, a mac user can create a custom firmware to be used on windows for a pwned itouch

    if you sent it through an chat client im sure you would never be found out... i recieved a custom 2.0 fw today infact.

    its just as illegal as downloading the official 2.0 fw in the first place.
