There are a few reviews in the US iTunes Store of my Keyboard Cat application saying that the videos don't play. They play perfectly fine for cocotutch and myself, so I'm not sure what the issue is.

Could some of you download my app named Keyboard Cat in my sig and let me know if the videos are working? Also, no, this isn't some pitiful attempt to get a few more downloads out of the app.

    Thanks in advance.

Tell them to Turn the iPod/iPhone Off then On before launching the application

Alright. Not really a big app, but it might solve some of the issues.

Those are some bad reviews for your app.
I hope people start liking it more.

Same here. I don't get it, so far I've had it tested on more than 3 devices.

Devices I've seen no problems on:
    -iPod Touch 2G
    -iPhone 3GS

    Doesn't work:
    -iPhone 2G

    Untested:
-iPod Touch 1G(My friend is testing it in a few minutes)
    -iPhone 3G

Why would it not work on some devices, but work on others?

The problems started with 1.2, where I used Handbreak to make the videos from about 4 MB each to about 1 MB each. They worked on the devices we tested it on before sending it in for approval, and it must have worked on Apple's device since it was approved... I've transcoded it again, now I just need someone who 1.2 isn't working for to test it...
