If I got a game from the app store for free, could I be billed later if they made the game cost money? For example, I just downloaded aqua forest for free, if they start charging people again, could I get charged?

No you won't be charged. Even if the price goes back up to $7.99 or whatever and there are future updates, you'll still be entitled to them for free.
    No worries.

Of course not, imagine that. Apple could charge 0 for iTunes than make it up to £300 the next day, and we would all have to pay.

I'm the one who is going to bring this up? Fine.

It took four of you to tell him the exact same answer? I can safely say you have given your point.
