Copy sources so you can retore/jailbreak fresh and have all your sources instantly?

    Hey i really dont want to re input all the sources, plus i wont remember every one i had... so is there a way i can copy them, then restore my ipod, cos things are messing up... and then put my sources in instantly?

    I have never done this, but you should be able to copy the plist file in installer.

    that or you can use repo.sc, then you'll have all the apps you could ever want on one easy-to-type source

    so i just add the source "repo.sc" and it installs all the sources?

    i went to repo.sc on my comp and says i need to update every once in a while, that all works fine?

    Go into /var/root/Media/Installer and copy all the plist files. Copy back in all of them if your backing up all the applications. Only copy back in the plist that have source in their name if you just wanna add the sources.
